From the age of 15, I struggled with debilitating migraines. After the birth of my second child, they became more intense and were accompanied by a range of other symptoms—severe fatigue, brain fog, and depression, to name a few. Despite countless visits to doctors, I kept hearing the same thing: “Your tests look normal,” or “This is just part of being a woman.” I left each appointment feeling unseen, dismissed, and no closer to healing.
After fifteen years of searching for answers, a friend introduced me to an acupuncturist and energy worker—and that was the turning point. Within a few treatments, I started to feel better. Some of my symptoms completely disappeared, while others slowly began to improve. For the first time in years, I felt hope. The transformation I experienced physically, mentally, and emotionally was so powerful that I knew I wanted to help others find that same healing.
It was around this same time that I was introduced to intuitive healing. I began developing and trusting my intuitive abilities and discovered how naturally they complemented energy work and Reiki. Over the years, I’ve continued to strengthen those gifts and now use them alongside Traditional Chinese Medicine to guide and support each patient’s unique healing journey. Intuition allows me to connect more deeply, see beyond the surface, and hold space in a way that’s often hard to put into words—but is deeply felt.
My love for this medicine started with my own healing, but it’s the changes I see in my patients—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—that continue to inspire me every day. I’m a Reiki Master, intuitive healer, and licensed acupuncturist with a master’s degree in acupuncture and a doctorate in Chinese medicine from Northwestern Health Sciences University. I’ve treated adults and children in hospitals, outpatient clinics, and private practice, and I specialize in areas I connect with personally—mental health, women’s health, pain management, orthopedics, fertility, and oncology.
I truly believe that healing happens when we treat the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. These aspects of ourselves are deeply interconnected, and if one is out of balance, it can impact all areas of our health. One of the things I love most about Traditional Chinese Medicine is how it honors that connection and helps bring the body back into balance naturally and holistically.
In my practice, I strive to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard. I’ll meet you where you are and walk alongside you, offering not just treatment, but education, tools, and empowerment to carry with you beyond our sessions.
Outside of the clinic, I’m a proud mom of two very active kids. We spend a lot of time traveling for their sports, which has become a fun way to explore new places together. When I’m not cheering them on, I love being outdoors, crafting, reading, learning new things, and soaking in live music, plays, and shows whenever I get the chance.
