Acupuncture is not intended to replace medical care. Instead, it can serve as part of a comprehensive and integrative approach to symptom management and quality of life.
Every treatment begins with a conversation.
We'll discuss your symptoms, health history, sleep, energy levels, stress, digestion, and how fibromyalgia is affecting your daily life. The goal is to understand the full picture of your health and create a treatment plan that supports your unique needs.
Treatment takes place on a comfortable heated table with pillows, bolsters, and blankets available for support. Treatments are tailored to your comfort level, and acupuncture points are selected based on your individual presentation. You'll then rest quietly for about 20–30 minutes while your body has an opportunity to settle and restore.
Many patients report feeling deeply relaxed, sleeping better, experiencing less pain, and feeling more grounded as treatment progresses.

Acupuncture points are selected based on your individual presentation, and treatment may be enhanced with therapies such as craniosacral therapy, aromatherapy, massage therapy, Reiki, herbal medicine, dietary recommendations, or lifestyle support when appropriate.
Care is always collaborative, and treatments are adjusted based on your goals, preferences, and response to care. The focus is not simply on managing symptoms, but on helping you build greater resilience, function, and quality of life over time.

Treatment is always adjusted to your comfort level. Many patients find acupuncture to be relaxing and restorative.
